Here are some tips for natural sleep that you may find effective:

Before going to bed cold hip bath with feet in hot water is considered to highly effective in inducing sleep. Besides that drink a cup of honey mixed milk before going to bed is also effective in treating insomnia.
You can even use aromatherapy for insomnia. Mix 2 drops of Jasmine essential oil, 4 drops of Lavender oil, 3 drops of Roman Chamomile and 6 drops of Spikenard essential oil. With the help of nebulizer diffuse the mixture of essential oils in your bedroom just before going to sleep. This should be effective in solving your problem.
