Bottled juice lacks vitamins, minerals and enzymes which are present in fresh fruit juice.

You would be losing the health benefits of fruit juice if you consume bottled juices. I think its better to invest in a juicer and drink fresh fruit juice

Bottled juice has high sugar levels and this may add lots of calories. Hence, go for unsweetened fruit juice rather than sweetened one while juice fasting.

You can also use bottled juice or frozen fruit juice as a supplement to fresh fruit juice

For a prolonged fast, avoid drinking bottled juices. However, if fruit juice is unavailable, prefer unsweetened bottled juice, frozen juice, or canned juice

It is always better to drink fresh fruit juice rather than bottled juice while you are on fruit fasting. This is because when you prepare your own fresh fruit juice you have control over the quality of the fruits you are consuming.

While drinking fresh juice has revitalizing effect on our body due to the presence of enzymes and nutrients, the vital nutrients in packaged fruit juice can get destroyed due to heat, air and light.
