I need to slim down. What are the slim down exercises?

    You might try to walk for atleast one hour everyday. It might take a month or two for the results to show up. So you might keep the good spirit and start walking from today. You might avoid elevators and climb the steps. You might also dedicate sometime for swimming and cycling to shape up your body. Cycling might make your legs toned.
