    Hi,

    The amount of sleep we need varies from person to person. Some feel refreshed and recharged with 6 hours of sleep. You may also find people who sleep only for 4 hours in the night and still look alert and active. On the other hand, there are others who cannot do without 8 hours of sleep in the night. When you feel refreshed and recharged after a sleep, that is the amount of time you actually need. Happy sleeping!
